Ms. Allaphia Richards is a multifaceted provider and owner of the group clinical practice, Paradise Healing in Massachusetts. She recently served as President of Randolph Public School Committee - Policy Council. Ms. Richards is also a Professor of Social Science and Humanities, License Child Welfare Social Worker, License Mental Health Clinician, Registered Applied Behavior Analysis Technician, School Adjustment Counselor, Public Notary and Paralegal. More importantly, she is a mother and strong advocate for children and families with disabilities. Ms. Richards serves on the State FELT committee and several other non-profit boards dedicated to the advancement of improved clinical practices, social justice, fatherhood, and education.
Ms. Richards is devoted to aiding filling the systemic gap by servicing the most vulnerable populations through wrap around care. Paradise Healing’s mission is to foster healing and hope through; therapeutic mentorship, direct care and service through risk assessment and case management, while strengthening communities through advocacy, and restoring the family through family stabilization.
Ms. Richards is experienced with a strong background in trauma, clinical experiential learning, behavior modification which includes helping clients manage stress and anxiety. This also includes coping with unwanted addictions, domestic violence, family issues, learning disabilities, trauma and abuse, & many mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder etc. In working with clients, she shapes an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment in a solution focused treatment modality. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change in a better you. She is here to support & empower you in that journey alongside her team of providers.
